Interim-Management

- Creation of a feasibility study on the viability of a production facility for a fully developed product of a startup; including layout concept for the entire factory.
- Project management of a technology upgrade for a production facility as part of a site consolidation.
- Project management of the concept, tender, and basic engineering phase for a production facility expansion with a total volume of approximately €4 million in the area of feed additives, including the coordination of additional external experts for structural engineering, fire protection, and explosion protection.
- Concept development for the standardization of tenders for plant and mechanical engineering investments in a large , international corporation
- Project management of the concept and tender phase for a production plant with a total volume of approx. € 13 million in the area of feed additives. This also included the coordination of architects, internal experts for CHA, OBRA and ERA topics as well as the evaluation of various production technologies and the analysis, evaluation and selection of international machinery suppliers.

My passion - riding - became my main profession. In addition to running our riding and training stable, since 2018 I have dedicated myself to teaching riders, training horses, some of which are difficult, and giving courses at home and abroad, as far away as the USA.
