  • Project management of the concept, tender and basic engineering phase for a production plant with a total volume of approx. € 4 million in the field of animal feed additives, including coordination of additional external experts for statics, fire and explosion protection and CE certification.

  • Project management of the concept and tender phase for a production plant with a total volume of approx. € 13 million in the area of feed additives. This also included the coordination of architects, internal experts for CHA, OBRA and ERA topics as well as the evaluation of various production technologies and the analysis, evaluation and selection of international machinery suppliers.
